When you work very closely not only with local suppliers and recipients, but also with a network of recipients spread all over the world, fast and efficient service and the quality of after-sales services become a challenge.
Our goal was to create a platform for cooperation with the outside world, integrated with the internal ERP system while maintaining the existing processes, but shortening the time of servicing stakeholders and increasing the quality of service and services.
Close cooperation from the project kick off required a detailed delving into the details, because the organization daily working on the system required verification of new processes with simultaneous immediate assessment of their impact on the existing ones.
