This is the motto not only for us, but also for a large European concern producing high-quality wooden windows and doors.
We were invited to implement a new product platform focused on improving business results and reducing production times with the same high product quality for the customer.
Close cooperation with management and technologists in several production locations already at the project start-up stage required a detailed reach into the details, because the organization is perfectly measured in the area of operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), which made it possible to model new structures and processes with immediate assessment their impact on production areas.

The analysis of the available production data with an emphasis on the efficiency and quality of the processes allowed to model new and more perfect processes. Our experience and the proposed changes accelerated the entire design process, including analyzes carried out on production in several factories.
Knowledge of new technologies, management of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FPY (First-Pass Yield) indicators, and experience in implementing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) systems translated into significant support in giving the right direction to the project.
