Process optimization specialist
Responsibilities:
- Participation in optimization projects for clients.
- Identifying and analyzing problems occurring in the manufacturing process and developing solutions.
- Developing, implementing and supervising work standards.
- Participation in projects related to the implementation of new technologies.
- Ensuring timeliness of completed tasks.
- Creating work instructions.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: production engineering, electronics, robotics, mechatronics or other related fields).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Kaizen) will be an additional advantage.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad.
- Knowledge of quality tools, e.g. Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D, will be an additional advantage.
- Knowledge of English enabling communication.

Implementation specialist
Responsibilities:
• Participation in implementation projects for clients.
• Identifying and analyzing problems occurring in the implementation project and developing solutions.
• Data entry and analysis.
• Ensuring timeliness of completed tasks.
• Creating system work instructions.
Requirements:
• Higher technical education or during studies (preferred fields: production engineering, electronics, robotics, mechatronics or other related fields).
• Knowledge of ERP, MES, APS, OCR, CRM systems will be an additional advantage.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of quality tools, e.g. Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D will be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of English enabling free communication

Lean Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of projects optimizing production processes at customers using Lean Manufacturing tools.
- Identifying and analyzing problems in the manufacturing process as well as developing and implementing solutions.
- Development, implementation and supervision of labor standards.
- Participation in projects related to the implementation of new technologies.
- Ensuring the timeliness of implemented projects.
- Creating work instructions and production layouts.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: production engineering, electronics, robotics, mechatronics or other related).
- 3 years of work experience in the area of the production process.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Kaizen) and the practical ability to use them.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and AutoCad.
- Knowledge of quality tools, eg Pareto, Ishikawa, 8D will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the English language enabling easy communication – a necessary condition.
